Submit your request
Email t5dsdevmail@gmail.com with the subject line “Helios Account Deletion Request.” Please send the request from the email address associated with your Helios account where possible, and include any account identifier that will help us locate the account.
What happens next
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that the request is made by or for the account holder. After verification, we will delete the account and associated personal data from active systems. Deleting an account may end access to associated Helios features and virtual-reward records.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information only where necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. If such retention applies to your request, we will explain the relevant basis and scope when we process it.
